The Plex is a premier sporting collective that operates out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering both indoor and outdoor recreational and competitive sports for all ages and skill levels year round. Focusing on developing strong, healthy athletes, The Plex provides league management and clinical instruction by knowledgeable and professional staff who promote fun and effective play in a safe, clean environment. The Plex has two locations – North and South.
The Plex North is a 45,000 square foot indoor multi-sport facility. In addition to the facility, The Plex also manages 19 regulation-sized fields (Hefner Soccer Fields) where outdoor soccer is played and regional soccer tournaments are hosted.
The Plex South consists of two dome structures with over 100,000 square feet of indoor sports and entertainment space, and 40 acres of outdoor recreation space.

Facility Night Manager
Facility Night Manager - Guest Services Team Member
Arena Manager – Guest Services Team Member
The Arena Manager position is a full-time or part-time entry level to mid-career position and is available immediately. Shifts typically consist of a combination of the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 4pm – 12am
- Saturday: 7am – 12am
- Sunday: 7am – 12am
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests (in person or over the phone)
- Answer questions pertaining to field availability, tournaments, programs, classes, camps and other events
- Handle cash for field rentals, membership sales, camps, classes and league registrations
- Assist with field utilization (conflicts, unauthorized use)
- Work concessions, the bar or the Summit City Soccer Shop
- Promote and sell programs
- Resolve customer issues (those that do not require the attention of Senior Management)
- Support Senior Management from time to time on special projects
- Manage others effectively
- Effectively demonstrate and communicate The Plex’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles to all visitors
Required Skills:
- Able to work with guests of all ages, ethnicities and genders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Possess basic computer skills (MS office) and learn new software programs quickly
- Able to focus despite distraction or adverse circumstances
- Spanish language skills a plus but not required

Concessions Employee
The concession position is a part-time entry level position and must be available to start work immediately. This position starts at $10/hr with performance-based raises throughout the year. Shifts typically consist of a combination of the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 4:45pm – 9:00pm/10:00pm
- Saturday: 6am – 11pm
- Saturday 18years/older: some over night shifts
- Sunday: 6am – 9pm
To qualify for this position you must be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours availability per week, be 16 years of age or older (18 preferred), hold a valid driver’s license and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests (in person)
- Handle cash
- Complete a standard nightly to do list accurately every night
- Complete nightly to do tasks that are posted in concessions
- Work well and effectively with others
- Know basic principals of inventory and rotating procedures
- Resolve customer issues
- Effectively demonstrate and communicate The Plex’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles to all visitors
Required Skills:
- Outgoing customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of The Plex and our programs
- Able to work with guests of all ages, ethnicities and genders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Possess basic computer skills (MS office) and learn new software programs quickly
- Able to focus despite distraction or adverse circumstances
