The Plex features exciting adult leagues for flag football teams, with games played five-on-five and rosters capped at 12 players. Our leagues are organized into three divisions to suit various skill levels: Men’s Competitive and Men’s Recreational. Most games are scheduled for Sundays, with occasional matches on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays, ensuring a dynamic and flexible experience for all participants.
