The Plex features exciting adult leagues for flag football teams, with games played five-on-five and rosters capped at 12 players. Our leagues are organized into three divisions to suit various skill levels: Men’s Competitive and Men’s Recreational. Most games are scheduled for Sundays, with occasional matches on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays, ensuring a dynamic and flexible experience for all participants.

The Plex North offers adult flag football leagues with divisions for both competitive and recreational play. Competitive divisions are team registrations only, while the Men’s Recreational division allows for both team and free agent registrations. Free agents will be placed on a house team.
